HPD officer cleared in traffic death of Baylor Med professor
A Harris County grand jury has declined to indict the Houston police officer who crashed his cruiser into a couple's vehicle while responding to an August emergency call, killing a Baylor College of Medicine professor and seriously injuring her husband.
